Pokalspiel in Herne kurzfristig abgesagt
von Alexander am Sonntag, den 1. Februar 2009Wegen Unbespielbarkeit des Platzes, Frost und leichter Schneefall setzten ihm zu, wurde das Verbandspokal-Spiel zwischen unseren Sportfreunden und dem NRW-Ligisten Westfalia Herne rund eine Stunde vor dem geplanten Anpfiff abgesagt.
Für die Sportfreunde kommt diese Entscheidung sicherlich nicht ungelegen, klagte man doch zuvor gegen die Ansetzung, die in letzter Instanz am Freitagabend besiegelt wurde. Für die Herner jedoch eine sehr bittere Entscheidung, zumal man mit rund 2500 Zuschauern rechnete und ein breites Rahmenprogramm aufbieten wollte.
Nichtsdestotrotz, der Schiedsrichter hat entschieden und nun muss ein Ausweichtermin gefunden werden. Ob dieser jedoch an einem Wochenende stattfindet ist mehr als fraglich. Ein Termin unter der Woche wird vermutlich, wie gegen Cloppenburg, zu Mittagszeiten angesetzt, da in Herne keine ausreichende Flutlichtanlage zur Verfügung steht.
